Hello

My name is Shaya Shaw and I love planning and organizing events. My love for events started at young age with going to galas with my mom and watching her put together beautiful intimate dinner parties at home. I didn't think it was possible for me to do those things until 2019 when I was stationed in Hawaii. While there I began helping out with events in my command such as military balls, command picnic, and cultural events. I became the go to person for all occasions. Like many service members I eloped and I learned that their was not much options out there to make you feel special. After doing my research and having my dream elopement, I realize that the options are endless and since then I have decided that I wanted to help couples bring Glitz and Glamour to their intimate weddings.  After seperating from the military I started doing my research on how to make this dream a reality, Glitz & Glamour Events Company became a reality in March 2023 as a Photo Booth Rental Company. I started as a wedding vendor and during this time I was blessed to meet, work with, and be mentored by multiple wedding planners. I am proud to say that as of June 2024 Glitz & Glamour Events Company made the transition into the elopement and micro wedding space.
